Todd F. Bassinger | CEO  

Mr. Bassinger is one of the original investors in Lex and also serves on its Board of Directors.  He has worked as a business attorney for over 20 years and until 2002 was a partner with the Minneapolis business law firm of Duckson, Carlson, Bassinger & Mitchell, PLLC. For the past six years Mr. Bassinger has started numerous successful business ventures (with fellow Lex investor and board member, Brent A. Johnson) in various industries.  In addition to Lex he is currently CEO of MCM Services Group, LLC (a legal marketing firm) and Taurus Holdings, LLC (a venture capital firm). Mr. Bassinger received his B.A. magna cum laude, from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, Minnesota in 1982, and his J.D. from the George Washington University National Law Center, Washington, D.C. in 1985. His publications include Software Law: A User Friendly Guide for Software Developers.

C. J. Kishish II | President and General Counsel  

Mr. Kishish is one of the original investors in Lex Group, LLC. Prior to joining Lex, he worked as a business attorney with Duckson, Carlson, Bassinger & Mitchell and was a principal with the firm Rasmussen & Associates. Mr. Kishish graduated magna cum laude from Hamline University, St. Paul, Minnesota in 1988 and from Ohio Northern University School of Law in 1992. Rick Hauser | Vice President and Legal Counsel  

Rick is an attorney licensed to practice law in Minnesota. Prior to joining Lex Group in 2006, Rick was a principal at Gray Plant Mooty, Minneapolis, Minnesota, where he focused on corporate and securities law. Rick is a 1990 Magna Cum Laude graduate of William Mitchell College of Law, St. Paul, Minnesota. He also holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota and completed his undergraduate work at Carleton College, Northfield, Minnesota. Rick can be reached at 952/224-2104. Jeff Zellmer | Vice President  

Mr. Zellmer serves as Vice President of Sales. Prior to joining Lex, Mr. Zellmer was the President of a national company in the golf course services industry, served as VP of Sales for a publicly traded computer services firm and served as Division Sales Manager for the nation’s second largest Ricoh Corporation dealership. Mr. Zellmer received his B.A. from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, ND in 1989.
