Todd F. Bassinger | CEO  

Todd Bassinger is a founder, the Chief Executive Officer and a director of Lex Group. Todd worked as a business attorney for over 20 years and, until 2002, was a partner with the Minneapolis business law firm of Duckson, Carlson, Bassinger & Mitchell, PLLC. Todd is involved in a number of business ventures, including MCM Services Group, LLC (a legal marketing firm in which he serves as CEO) and Taurus Holdings, LLC (a venture capital firm). Todd received his B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Minnesota in 1982, and his J.D. from The George Washington University National Law Center, Washington, D.C. in 1985. His publications include Software Law: A User Friendly Guide for Software Developers.

C. J. Kishish II | President and General Counsel  

C. J. Kishish II is a founder, President and General Counsel of Lex Group. Prior to joining Lex Group, C. J. worked as a business attorney with Duckson, Carlson, Bassinger & Mitchell and was a principal with the firm of Rasmussen & Associates, both of which are Minneapolis-based business law firms. C. J. graduated magna cum laude from Hamline University, St. Paul, Minnesota in 1988, and from Ohio Northern University School of Law in 1992. C. Rick Hauser| Vice President and Legal Counsel  

Rick Hauser is Vice President and Legal Counsel of Lex Group. Prior to joining Lex Group in 2006, Rick was a principal at Gray Plant Mooty, Minneapolis, Minnesota, where he focused on corporate and securities law. Rick is a 1990 magna cum laude graduate of William Mitchell College of Law, St. Paul, Minnesota. Jeff Zellmer | Vice President  

Jeff Zellmer serves as Lex Group’s Vice President of Business Development. Prior to joining Lex Group, Jeff owned a national equipment distributor, was Vice President of Business Development for a national computer services firm and served as Division Sales Manager of one of the nation’s largest office equipment distributors. Jeff is also President of Lex Group’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Financial Mitigation Services, which provides effective cost control strategies for businesses. Jeff received his B.A. from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, North Dakota, in 1989.
